Bill has over 32 years of mining, engineering, business, and entrepreneurial experience including all aspects of project and technology development; mine exploration, design, construction and operation, process research and development, engineering, construction and corporate management of private and public companies. He has also owned and operated retail stores and real estate developments. He has been responsible for various aspects of over 200 mining and technology projects worldwide and the successful development of numerous profitable mining ventures. He holds B.Sc. degrees in both Civil (University of Nevada, Reno) and Mechanical Engineering (University of Arizona), and he is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of B.C.
Ian has 24 years of technology management, project management, engineering management, construction and commissioning experience for mining/metallurgical projects and specialty chemical projects. He has held senior project and engineering management positions with Fluor Daniel, Agra Simons (now AMEC), and NORAM Engineering and Constructors in North and South America and Australia. Ian holds B.A.Sc. and M.A.Sc. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of B.C., and he is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of B.C.
David has over 20 years of experience in underground and open pit mine development, including mine permitting, engineering, construction, and operations. He has extensive project management experience having taken projects from grass roots start-up to successful operating status. David has been responsible for management of large capital projects and operations in Canada, the United States and the Philippines. He has held senior positions with Placer Dome, Kinross Gold, Thyssen Mining Construction and Vulcan Materials. David holds a B.A.Sc. degree in Mining Engineering from Queen's University and he is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
David has 26 years of design, project management, engineering management, construction, and commissioning experience. He has led the successful completion of large, international, multidisciplinary projects in the mining, chemical, electrochemical, petrochemical and pulp and paper industries in Canada, Brazil, Peru, China, and the United States. David has held senior positions with Shell Canada, Aker-Kvaerner-Chemetics, Fluor Daniel, Agra Simons (now AMEC) and NORAM Engineering and Constructors. He holds B.A.Sc. and M.A.Sc. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of B.C., and he is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of B.C.
Jim is responsible for all test work and QA/QC on feed materials and final products. He has 26 years of experience in the field of geological materials research. He has performed microscopic studies of rock and mineral materials using various analytical techniques including X-ray Diffraction mineral analysis, Polarized Light Microscopy and use of the Scanning Electron Microscope/Microprobe. Jim has worked for Unocal at their Science and Technology Research Center as a mineralogist. He has also been a forensics consultant on construction materials failure for a number of leading geotechnical consulting firms. He holds a B.S. degree in Earth Science from California State University, Long Beach and a M.S degree in Geology from California State University at Los Angeles. He is a registered Professional Geologist in California.
